Offering personalized real estate service is more than a job with me, It's a tradition! My father

was a real estate broker here in the valley for 20 years. I've followed in his footsteps and it brings me great joy to have my daughter Jennifer join the team as well. 

After working as an agent, being licensed in 1977, I received my broker's license and became a partner in Gem Property Management in 1981.

In the years 1988 through 1997 I was the top producing agent in my company and from 1993

through 1997 was pleased to achieve membership in the Summit Club. This honor is reserved for

the top 5% of agents nationwide. Being associated with Intero Real Estate Services, A Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate, since

2004 has been a very positive experience, being awarded the Executive Circle Award, Top 10%

company wide 2004 through 2023. Although national and local recognition is certainly noteworthy, the

finest honor I can receive is when my past clients refer me to their friends and relatives. 

I have also served in our community, teaching classes to new agents.

I work hard to be better, during my almost 50 years of being licensed. If I make a mistake, I will resolve it. We pride ourselves on

always being honest and living with integrity.

Jennifer has real estate in her blood and grew up around the business with her dad, Joe. She graduated from Saint Mary's College of California with a degree in Business Marketing in 2013. She officially began her real estate career in 2016, working in residential sales. She obtained her broker's license in 2020 and added property management to her repertoire. She has had great success in real estate, even earning a spot in the top 10% of agents in her company. With her marketing background, attention to detail, and passion for the industry she is sure to help you achieve your real estate goals! When she is not working in real estate/property management you can find her pouring into the next generation as the head coach of the dance team at Santa Clara University.
